中国人民银行，自2021年12月15日起，上调金融机构外汇存款准备金率2个百分点，即外汇存款准备金率由现行的7%提高到9%。 相关报道
在岸、离岸人民币对美元汇率连续两日刷新三年半新高
人民币对美元汇率连续两日刷新三年半高点。
12月9日，人民币对美元即期汇率在以6.3468开盘后，盘中最高升值至6.3418,16时30分日间收盘报6.3457，较上一交易日涨78个基点，续创2018年5月14日以来的新高。
今年以来，人民币对美元即期汇率累计升值2.99%。
在前一交易日即期汇率创下三年半新高的带动下，人民币对美元中间价同样升至三年半新高。
中国外汇交易中心的数据显示，12月9日，人民币对美元中间价报报6.3498，升值179个基点，连升2天并创下2018年5月15日来新高。
今年以来，人民币对美元中间价累计升值了2.68%。
更多反映国际投资者预期的离岸人民币对美元汇率同样继续走高。
12月9日，离岸人民币对美元汇率盘中一度升破6.34关口，最高升值至6.3394。今年以来，离岸人民币对美元汇率累计升值了2.46%。
