恒大物业引入235亿港元战略投资

8月13日晚间，中国恒大发布公告称，旗下物业管理业务将引入235亿港元战略投资，以支持发展。
公告显示，此次拟引入的战略投资者阵容豪华，包括中信、光大控股等大型央企，马云持股的云峰基金、红杉资本等投资基金，以及腾讯、周大福等知名企业。
受此消息影响，今日早盘中国恒大高开高走，此后进入震荡。截至午间收盘，中国恒大股价上涨5.58%，报22.70港元，市值为2965亿港元。
